Born in Lockdown 1.0; PEACH. is the brainchild of a lorry driver and a hairdresser.
After 10 years, Dan called time on driving his lorry to follow his life long passion, food! He enrolled at the prestigious LEITHS cookery school to train as a chef and, since qualifying, he has gained vast experience in fine dining, bistro and corporate environments. He is now head chef and co-founder of PEACH.
Fellow co-founder Leigh has over 18 years experience in the luxury service industry, working with celebrities and VIPs all over the world. He is extremely creative with a passion for people.
The pair made a powerful duo, sharing the PEACH. experience of BRUNCH, BURGERS, COFFEE and COCKTAILS. Overcoming the challenges of the pandemic they have managed to build a great reputation in Bishop’s Stortford and have been awarded Opentable’s Diners Choice award for 2 years running.
Dan and Leigh are both very proud of their Bishops Stortford PEACH. and are excited to now be in the wonderful town of Hertford.
